Gift Wrapping Policy


We are pleased to offer gift wrapping for that special occasion. We will wrap your order in a girl, boy or neutral wrapping paper. We will tie it with a cute bow. A personalized card will be included free of charge with your personal message.

The cost for gift wrapping is $4.95.

Process

Enter your order as you would normally.

When you get to the shipping address window in the shopping cart you will be asked if you would like to select the Gift Wrapping option. Put a check in the box authorizing the $4.95 charge.

Enter your personalized message or greeting in the text box and it will be added to the gift card.

Return Policy

Merchandise returned to us must be postmarked within the 15 day time frame. Once the original item is returned, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid (this excludes any shipping/handling costs or gift wrapping). Products returned must comply with our RMA Process listed below.

Baby Gilliyan Boutique™ reserves the right to apply additional rules to on sale items and gifts. In-store credit only, will be issued if you are returning an item that was purchased on sale. All products must be in original packaging, not worn and unwashed.

Baby Gilliyan Boutique™ will not exchange products because of damage that was incurred after the receipt of the product or during wear. Many of our products are not intended for rough play or to be pulled and stretched. If damage occurs that looks to have been the result of this, a refund or exchange will not be issued and product will be returned.

After 15 days from your receipt of merchandise, we cannot accept returns for any reason.

If a package arrives damaged, save all packing materials and contact us immediately. We must be notified within 5 business days of receipt. We are not responsible for damaged items reported beyond this time frame.

Orders that were shipped with free shipping will have our standard shipping charge deducted from the credit of your return.

Returning A Gift

If you are returning a gift, please contact returns@BabyGilliyanBoutique.com A Baby Gilliyan Boutique™ store credit will be given.

Return Merchandise Process:

Email us at returns@BabyGilliyanBoutique.com to get a Return Authorization Number.

In your request you must include:

  1. Order Number (you can get from packing slip or invoice)
  2. Date of order (remember it must be within 15 days of your return request)
  3. Quantity
  4. Name of item
  5. Reason for the return
  6. Your phone number
  7. Your full name
  8. Your ship to (and bill to address if different)
  9. Your email address

A Return Authorization Number will be emailed to you. If we have questions, one of our customer service representatives will contact you.

Write your return authorization number on the packing slip and include this slip in the box along with the items and their original packing material.

Note - Baby Gilliyan Boutique™ will not process any returns that are received without a Return Authorization Number written on the outside of the shipping box.

Please ship the product back to us via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse. Baby Gilliyan Boutique™ is not responsible for lost mail, please use a reliable shipper with tracking.

The cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless the return/exchange was the result of our error. We cannot reimburse return shipping charges, so please contact us prior to mailing back a damaged or incorrect item.

We will send you a confirmation email when we receive the package with credit information. Please keep in mind that we process baby clothing returns quickly but it can take up to 3 weeks for a return to be credited on your credit card statement depending on your credit card.
